隐私政策

个人信息处理者/数据控制者为 ReelForge 运营方及结账页或收据所示收款主体。隐私、访问、更正、导出、删除或撤回同意请求可通过客服中心提交。

The controller is the ReelForge operator together with the payment entity identified at checkout or on your receipt. Privacy, access, correction, export, deletion, and consent-withdrawal requests can be submitted through Support.

• 账号信息：邮箱、昵称、密码哈希、套餐、积分、同意版本与时间。
• 用户内容：商品图、品牌名、商品名、卖点、提示词、生成视频、配音、字幕、标题、文案和标签。
• 交易信息：Stripe客户、订阅、订单、Price、支付状态和退款标识；我们不保存完整卡号或CVV。
• 运行与安全信息：IP、请求时间、设备/浏览器信息、限流哈希、任务状态、错误、审核记录和必要审计日志。
• 匿名运营分析：公开页面路径、来源域名、UTM活动参数、设备类型、浏览器、操作系统、语言、国家/城市级粗略位置、页面浏览和Core Web Vitals。自托管Umami不设置分析Cookie，不保存邮箱、账号ID、商品名、提示词、支付标识或原始IP，并遵守浏览器Do Not Track设置。
• 客服信息：联系邮箱、请求类别、主题、消息和处理状态。

We process account details, user-uploaded product content, generated outputs, Stripe transaction identifiers (not full card details or CVV), technical and security logs, moderation records, consent records, and support requests.

我们为履行服务合同处理注册、生成、存储、支付、退款和客服信息；为合法利益和安全义务处理防欺诈、限流、审核、日志、备份和故障排查；在法律要求或依赖同意时取得同意。你可撤回基于同意的处理，但不影响撤回前处理，也不影响履行合同、账务或法律义务所必需的处理。

We process data to perform the service contract, protect the service and users, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, on consent. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or processing still necessary for contract, accounting, security, or legal duties.

试运营基础设施主要位于韩国首尔，并会按功能向以下服务商传输最小必要数据：

• AWS：服务器、数据库与私有对象存储基础设施。
• Cloudflare：DNS、安全出口和受鉴权的 Gemini Relay。
• Google Gemini：模板分析、商品参考视频生成与内容审核。
• Stripe：订阅、积分包、微信支付、卡支付、退款和支付风控。
• Resend：客服与运维告警邮件；Microsoft Edge TTS：测试/默认配音能力。
• 自托管Umami：在同一生产服务器记录公开页面的匿名流量、来源、转化事件和网页性能；登录、注册、工作台、作品、账户与管理后台页面不采集。

中国大陆用户注册时会收到单独的跨境处理提示并作出单独同意。跨境范围限于完成所选功能所需的账号标识、商品素材、生成内容、交易标识和技术日志。若你不同意核心生成所必需的跨境处理，请不要注册或上传素材，并可通过客服请求删除。

The trial infrastructure is primarily hosted in Seoul, South Korea. Minimum necessary data may be processed by AWS, Cloudflare, Google Gemini, Stripe, Resend, and Microsoft Edge TTS in their service regions. Mainland China users provide separate consent at registration for transfers necessary to deliver AI generation, storage, payments, and security.

ReelForge 不出售你的素材，也不会主动使用可识别用户的素材训练自有模型。外部AI服务商按其企业/API条款和数据处理约定处理请求。为安全、质量、争议或技术支持，获授权的人员可能在最小必要范围查看被标记或由你提交的内容，并受访问控制和保密要求约束。

ReelForge does not sell user content or intentionally train its own models on identifiable user content. External AI providers process requests under their API and data-processing terms. Authorised personnel may review minimum necessary content for safety, quality, disputes, or support.

• 账号和生成记录在账号存续及提供服务所必需期间保存；你可删除素材或申请删号。
• 账号删除请求原则上在核验身份后30天内完成。私有对象、生成内容和关联使用数据会删除；备份中的副本在备份轮换周期内隔离并到期清除。
• 交易、退款、反欺诈、安全与争议记录按适用财税、支付、诉讼和监管期限保存，期满删除或匿名化。
• 为中国法律允许的无显式AI标识例外而留存的对象与日志（首发未开放）不得少于适用规则要求的期限。
• 匿名访问明细仅在分析获客、转化和网页性能所需期间保留，并定期复核、汇总或删除不再需要的数据。

Account and generation data is retained while needed to provide the service. Verified deletion requests are targeted for completion within 30 days, subject to backup rotation and records required for tax, payments, fraud, disputes, security, or law.

根据所在地法律，你可请求知情、访问、复制、导出、更正、删除、限制或拒绝处理、撤回同意，并可向主管机关投诉。我们会核验身份；若拒绝请求，将说明理由。平台外已下载、分享或由第三方保存的副本不由 ReelForge 控制。

登录后可在账户设置提交经密码验证的删除请求；无法登录时可通过客服页面申请人工核验。

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, portability, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. We verify identity and explain refusals. Copies downloaded or shared outside ReelForge are not under our control.

我们采用传输加密、私有对象、访问控制、凭据隔离、限流、审计、备份、队列幂等和监控。没有任何系统绝对安全；发生依法需要通知的事件时会按适用要求通知。仅使用登录、会话、安全和偏好所必需的Cookie；匿名Umami分析不设置Cookie、尊重Do Not Track，也不以Cookie出售个人信息。产品不面向16岁以下人群。

We use encryption in transit, private storage, access controls, isolated secrets, rate limits, audits, backups, idempotency, and monitoring. Essential cookies support login, security, sessions, and preferences. Cookie-free self-hosted Umami analytics respects Do Not Track and excludes private product areas. The service is not directed to children under 16.
