7天退款政策

申请必须在 Stripe 记录的原始付款时间起7个自然日内提交。续费是新的付款，每笔续费分别计算7天。取消订阅只停止未来续费，不自动构成退款申请。

A request must be submitted within seven calendar days of the original Stripe payment timestamp. Each renewal has its own seven-day window. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not itself request a refund.

若付款发放的积分已部分消耗，平台可按已使用比例扣除后退还剩余金额。平台注册奖励、故障自动退回积分和其他免费积分不计入现金退款。若无法可靠区分积分来源，将采用对用户更有利且可审计的计算方式。

If purchased or subscription credits have been used, the refund may be reduced proportionally. Free signup credits and credits automatically restored for failed jobs have no cash value. Where attribution is uncertain, an auditable user-favourable method will be used.

生成任务因平台故障最终失败时，系统会自动幂等退回本任务扣除的积分。若服务持续无法使用且技术支持无法解决，可在7天窗口内申请原付款退款；适用法律另有更长或强制救济的，从其规定。

Credits charged for a platform-caused final generation failure are automatically restored once. If the service remains unusable and support cannot resolve it, the original payment may be submitted for refund within the window or any longer mandatory statutory period.

• 前往客服中心，选择“退款”，使用付款账号邮箱提交。
• 提供订单/付款标识、付款日期、退款原因和希望退款的项目；不要提交完整卡号、CVV或密码。
• 我们会核验身份、订单和积分使用记录，原则上在7个工作日内给出审核结果。
• 批准后通过 Stripe 原路退回；到账时间由 Stripe、微信支付、卡组织或银行决定。

Submit a Refund request through Support from the payment email with the order/payment identifier, date, item, and reason. Never send a full card number, CVV, or password. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; settlement timing is controlled by Stripe and the payment network.

超出窗口、积分已全部使用、欺诈、盗刷、退款滥用、规避安全措施或因侵权/违法使用被终止的申请可被拒绝；但本条不限制适用法律下不可放弃的退款、撤销、瑕疵服务或消费者权利。

Requests may be denied if late, fully consumed, fraudulent, abusive, or tied to termination for illegal or infringing use. This does not limit non-waivable consumer, cancellation, defective-service, or chargeback rights.
